These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Durable platform and services ("Service"), operated by Durable, Inc. ("Durable," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Durable is an autonomous software development platform that empowers non-technical users to build, run, monitor, and modify production-ready workflows and integrations (”Apps”). Users describe their requirements, and our builder agent creates software solutions based on those specifications.
The Service works through an interactive specification document ("Blueprint") drafted by our agent based on your initial requirements. The AI concretizes requirements by asking clarifying questions and stating assumptions. You can modify specifications by commenting on the document. Once finalized, the app can be deployed, and future modifications can be made through the same interface.
Apps created through the Service can connect to various third-party services through authorized integrations. Apps do not include graphical user interfaces but may interface with users through other channels like Slack, email, or text messages.
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Durable immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
